Writing to Never Write Again
I’m writing to clear the shelves.
I’m writing to step away, not to lean in.
I’m writing to empty the room.
I don’t want to be here forever. I want to build a framework that holds itself up without me. A place where others can walk in, rearrange the furniture, paint the walls, write their stories.
I’m not here for the grind. Not here to build an audience I can’t feed. Not here to bleed out 500 words a week just to stay visible.
I’m here to build the bones.
I’m here to plant the flags.
I’m here to write enough that one day, I can stop.
If you’re reading this, you’re already inside the scaffolding.
Make yourself at home.
Add something, if you like.
I’m writing for the need to never write again.
